MAIA Membership

Enrollment Agreement and Forms
Please review your existing supply of student agreements, as well as student change forms & EFT authorizations. If you are running low, please fax a request for these forms to 410-529-4201.
Office Hours Reminders
Winmars offices are open between the hours of 8:00 AM EST and 12:00 Midnight EST. Basic administrative staff leaves at approximately 7:00 EST. After 7:00 PM, the majority of our staff consist of our student retention & collection staff. However, in the event that you need to contact us after 7:00PM EST, please make sure you leave a message and it is possible that your call will be returned that same evening. Our staff is busy collecting your funds.
Online Tuition Payments
Please remind your students that they may always make tuition payments online at www.winmars.com. By doing this, they can avoid late fees and undesirable telephone calls or letters.
Faxed Student Contracts
Before faxing student agreements to Winmars, please make sure that they are 100% complete. Incomplete contracts are put at the end of the enrollment stack and processed last. Incomplete agreements do nothing but to slow down your collections since we must then contact the school or student to get missing information. Please help us to help you.
EFT Forms
If you have elected to use your own contracts instead of those provided by Winmars, it is required that any student signing up on EFT, must sign a separate Winmars EFT form. If you do not have any left, please contact us and we will send you a pad. Without these forms, we cannot set a student up on EFT. If you are using your own agreements, Winmars will provide the required wording for you to place into your agreements.
Credit Card Processing Services
During November 2001, we offered to work with those schools without their own merchant accounts. The response was immediate and we now have a number of schools who also utilize our services for the purchase of goods, testing fees, and miscellaneous items. If you are in need of this additional service offered by WinMars, please contact our office at 1-800-598-6267 and we will send you a packet of authorization forms.
